Fact: fast fashion has devastating effects on the environment. Also fact: consumers are aware of this global issue but continue to purchase from large multinational clothing chains due to the seamless experience it provides.

Here lies the opportunity to allow op-shops, the solution to damaging fast fashion, to transform their consumer experience through service design techniques, allowing them to compete at the same level as large retailers.

Therefore I present Myrtle and Clyde, the ultimate op-shopping experience.
